At his English manor, Tarzan recounts his recent adventures in Guatemala. Assisted by Major Martling, he recalls their quest to find the mysterious Green Goddess, who is worshipped by a local primitive tribe.

After years of research, Ramu, a brilliant scientist who lives in the jungle with his wife Uma and their four-year-old son Leher, comes up with the nectar of immortality: an innovative formula that can save the lives of millions. Then, tragedy strikes. Fifteen long years later, Ramu's father and his adopted daughter, Leela, arrive in Vanrajpur, a town on the outskirts of the jungle, to search for any trace of his son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. Unbeknownst to them, one of his men, Bihari, has sinister ulterior motives.
