On their way to a birthday party Vegas, a group of four friends are involved in a hit and run car accident and end up at a roadside building looking for assistance. But the help they recieve lead them right into the hands of a family of cannibal killers, who are very hungry and want them for dinner.

After binge-watching the entire Meathook Massacre movie series from VHS tapes found in a dumpster, a young woman becomes obsessed with the series, and with movie's star psychopath, Bubba. Soon, the lines between reality and fiction are blurred as the woman sets forth with a bloody massacre all her own in homage to new favorite horror franchise.
